Built in March 2009, CSM Consult is founded on the diversified experience of its chairman, Jean-Jacques BÉRARD in consulting and executive management of divisions of large Groups as well as of small companies:
- Project Director (industry and retail) with McKinsey in France and Germany
- Founder and CEO of the mini-UPS business unit within the Merlin Gerin/Schneider Group (which became MGE UPS, the market leader and a successful LMBO)
- CEO in charge of the reorganisation and development of the company Ordo (office furniture, Pinault Group) before its sale to Haworth, a US competitor
- Co-founder and Partner of EIM following its purchase from Egon Zehnder: Chairman of EIM France (1998-2008) and follow-up of 300 assignments of interim/transition management in all sectors (industry, services, retail, France and International)
- Active mentor and co-founder of the WBMI (Women Business Mentoring Initiative)
Jean-Jacques BÉRARD holds an electronics engineering degree from ENSEEIHT (Toulouse) and an MBA from the Stanford Business School. He speaks fluently French, English and German.
